Most of the archive materials for our search process are housed as part of the website we built to support our committee, to support the search process itself, and to inform our congregation of our progress and results.

Our Congregational Record (online Q&A document required by the UUA) is available online.
When we produced our Packet, we produced both an online version, and a paper (notebook) version, and offered our pre-candidates their choice.
Communication was vitally important. We communicated with our congregation via the weekly Order of Service bulletin, and via the monthly newsletter.
We also used our website to support our Candidating Week.
